Many thanks to Beatrice Resch from Adelaide, who donated $5000 to STGF. Beatrice is a busy professional woman with a passion for the Gouldian finch. She is deeply interested in Gouldian conservation, but also keeps a couple of Gouldians as pets and continually admires their stunning beauty.
Thanks to the Mid-North Branch of the Avicultural Society of South Australia, who regularly donate to assist our work. This active group of bird enthusiasts not only breed Gouldians very successfully, but are committed to its conservation.
The Hunter Valley Finch Club donated $1000 to STGF last year. An active club of passionate bird enthusiasts, the group received an update on STGF work and ceremonially presented their donation as a cheque.

• 8th International Finch Convention ($3900) – proceeds from an auction of wonderful photographic prints donated by master photographers David Pace and Col Roberts. The auction occurred at the Convention Dinner in early July.

• Australian Finch Society in the UK ($100)
• Avicultural Society of South Australia (ASSA) ($50)
• Lower Murray Bird Club based at Murray Bridge in South Australia ($175)
