At the recent Finches ’25 Convention in Brisbane, we saw the launch of a new book by David Pace on “Pictorella Mannikins: Their Management, Care and Breeding“. The book is a major revision of the first manual produced by David 25 years ago. 

At the convention, all the copies of the Pictorella Manual available at the time were sold and Australian Birdkeeper magazine (ABK) announced that all proceeds from those sales – $3269.05 – would be donated to Save the Gouldian Fund. What a fantastic gesture!
